These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TikPro app and its related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using TikPro, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
TikPro is operated by MOBI TICKET SERVIÇOS DE TELEINFORMÁTICA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, CNPJ [TO BE CONFIRMED], with its address at [TO BE CONFIRMED: address], Brazil ("TikPro", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at suporte@tikproapp.com.
2. What TikPro does
TikPro lets you paste the link to a public post on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Snapchat (Spotlight), LinkedIn or Reddit, see the details of the post and choose what to do with it:
- save the video, photos or audio to your phone;
- repost the content;
- edit the video (trim, apply filters and stickers, change speed and volume), with the final file rendered on our servers.
The app also offers Trendy (the posts downloaded most in TikPro), Bookmarks with folders, hashtag sets, tutorials for each platform and Analytics for public TikTok profiles you choose to track.
The features available may differ between app versions and devices and may be changed, suspended or discontinued over time.
3. Your account
- Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old [TO BE CONFIRMED: minimum age] to use TikPro.
- Sign-up. An account is required. You can sign up with an email address and password (in that case we send a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes, to verify your email) or sign in with Google or with Apple. Apple "Hide My Email" relay addresses are accepted.
- Accurate information. You agree to provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Security. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account and must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Sessions. Each sign-in lasts 90 days on each device. After that, you will need to sign in again.
- Personal use. Your account is personal and may not be transferred.
- Sensitive actions. To delete your account, or to add a password to an account created with Google or Apple, we ask you to confirm it is you: with your password, a 6-digit code sent to your email or, for Apple accounts, by signing in with Apple again.
- Deletion. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the Delete account page.
4. Your responsibility for content
TikPro is a tool. You decide what to download, save, repost or edit, and you are responsible for how you use that content.
- Only use TikPro with content that you own, that you have the rights or the rights holder's permission to use, or whose use is permitted by law.
- Reposting someone else's content may require the author's authorization. When in doubt, ask for permission and give proper credit.
- Respect each platform's terms of use and creators' rights, including copyright, image rights and personality rights.
- TikPro only works with public posts.
- When you use the editor, you send the edit settings to our servers so the final file can be rendered. The result, and how you use it, remain your responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights over third-party content.
5. Prohibited uses
When using TikPro, you must not:
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
- download private content or bypass passwords, blocks or any other access controls of the platforms;
- harass, intimidate or stalk anyone, expose other people's personal data (doxxing), impersonate anyone or spread misinformation;
- search for, save, share or process any sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance: we terminate the account and report the case to the competent authorities;
- scrape, automate access to (for example with bots or scripts), reverse engineer, decompile or overload the Service;
- resell the Service or redistribute it commercially;
- circumvent the free plan limits;
- create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bans;
- use the Service in violation of the law or of the platforms' terms;
- interfere with the security of the Service, try to access systems, accounts or data without authorization, or disrupt its operation.
We may investigate suspected prohibited use and take the measures described in section 15.
6. Third-party platforms
TikPro is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok/ByteDance, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, X Corp., Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn/Microsoft, Reddit or any other platform. The names and marks of these platforms belong to their respective owners and appear in the app only to show where each link comes from.
Platforms may change their systems or limit and block access at any time. As a result, some links may stop working, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We do not control the content published on those platforms.
7. Temporary storage
TikPro does not host content permanently:
- files prepared for you (downloads and edited videos) are kept on our servers for 24 hours and then deleted; previews are kept for 1 hour;
- files are kept in private storage and delivered to the app through temporary links;
- we cache the metadata of public posts (caption, author name and handle, thumbnails and counters) so the Service, Trendy and Bookmarks can work.
Save your files to your phone within that time. After that, they will need to be processed again, if the link is still available.
8. Copyright and reports
We take copyright seriously. Rights holders, or their authorized agents, can send a notice through the form on the Copyright page or by email to copyright@tikproapp.com.
On a valid notice, we may:
- stop the post (and, when appropriate, the same author's posts) from being processed by TikPro;
- remove the post from Trendy;
- delete any files and metadata of it that we still hold;
- take action on the user accounts involved.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be suspended or terminated. Abusive or knowingly false notices may have legal consequences for the sender.
You can also report a post inside the app, on the Details → Report screen, by choosing a reason: copyright, sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, spam or other.
9. Free plan
The free plan has daily limits. They are currently 5 videos, 3 audios and 3 reposts per day, reset at midnight in your local time, and up to 30 previews per hour.
TikPro currently shows no ads. If we ever introduce ads, we will announce it in the app and update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before they appear.
Limits and plan features may change. The values in force are always shown in the app.
10. TikPro Pro subscription
10.1 What is included
TikPro Pro offers unlimited downloads, more editor features (premium filters and stickers) and more profiles and time ranges in Analytics.
10.2 Plans, prices and billing
- Pro is offered as weekly, monthly or yearly plans, as auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed only by the app store (currently the Apple App Store), not by us. The amount is charged to your store account.
- Prices are shown in the app, come from the store and may include local taxes.
10.3 Free trial
The yearly plan may offer a 3-day free trial. The store decides whether you are eligible. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription.
10.4 Renewal and cancellation
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal is charged to your store account within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
- To manage or cancel your subscription on iPhone: Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your TikPro account does not cancel the subscription in the store.
10.5 Refunds
Refunds follow the app store's policies (Apple's, for the App Store), and the store decides each request. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal (for example, article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code), you can use the store's refund process or contact us at suporte@tikproapp.com.
10.6 Restore purchases
If you change phones or reinstall the app, use Restore purchase in TikPro's settings, with the same store account you used to buy.
11. TikPro's intellectual property
The app, the TikPro brand, the design, the software and the other elements of the Service belong to us or to our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on your devices in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
12. Availability and disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free;
- every link and platform will work, since platforms may change or block access at any time;
- a file will be available in a given quality, which depends on the original posted on the platform.
We may interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or security reasons.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TikPro is not liable for:
- indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities;
- content published by third parties on the platforms;
- how you use the content you save, repost or edit;
- changes, blocks or failures of the platforms, the app stores or other third-party services;
- the loss of files you did not save within the temporary storage period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability under consumer protection rules or for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from third-party claims caused by your misuse of the Service or by your breach of these Terms, the law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, or limit your access to features, if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, in case of repeated copyright infringement, or when needed to protect the Service, other users or third parties. Whenever possible and permitted, we will notify you and explain why.
While your account is suspended:
- you cannot sign in or use the app with it, and you receive no notifications;
- your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can still delete your account on the Delete account page;
- we send you an email with the reason for the suspension.
If you think the suspension is a mistake, write to suporte@tikproapp.com from your account's email address and explain why. We will review your request and, if the suspension was not justified, reactivate the account.
You can stop using TikPro and delete your account at any time. After termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Suspension, termination or deletion of your account does not cancel your store subscription: to do that, follow section 10.4.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our practices. When a change is important, the app will ask you to accept the new version before continuing, and we will record the version you accepted and the date. If you do not agree with the new version, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the law of [TO BE CONFIRMED: governing law], and the courts of [TO BE CONFIRMED: venue] have jurisdiction. In any case, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply, such as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), including your right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where the law guarantees it.
18. General provisions
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- If we do not enforce a rule, this does not mean we waive that right.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Copyright page, form the entire agreement between you and TikPro about the Service.
- Subscription purchases are also subject to the terms of the app store (currently the Apple App Store).
