You can delete your TikPro account and its related data at any time, in the app or on this page, even without the app installed.
In the app
- Open TikPro.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon.
- Tap My account → Delete account.
- Confirm. If your account has a password, type it to confirm.
Without the app (form below)
- Enter the email address of your TikPro account.
- If an account exists with that email, we will send it a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. For security, the page shows the same message whether or not an account exists.
- Enter the code and confirm. The deletion is immediate.
The form works for accounts created with a password, with Google or with Apple.
- Used Apple's "Hide My Email"? Enter the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings, under Sign in with Apple → TikPro. If you prefer, delete your account in the app.

What is deleted
- Your personal data is anonymized at once, and all sessions are ended on every device.
- The account and its related data (bookmarks, folders, hashtag sets, tracked profiles, download and editor history, support tickets and subscription records) are permanently deleted, normally within minutes and at most within 30 days.
- Access granted through Sign in with Apple is revoked.
- Your customer record at RevenueCat, the tool we use to manage subscriptions, is deleted.
What is kept
- Access records (IP address, date and time) are kept for the 6 months required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet (Lei nº 12.965/2014) and then deleted.
- The app store (Apple) keeps its own records of the purchases made there, under its own policies.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that do not identify you, such as the counts used by Trendy.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel your TikPro Pro subscription. Billing is handled by the store, so cancel the subscription there before deleting your account:
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions.
Before you confirm
- Deletion is irreversible. Once it is done, we cannot recover the account or its data.
- You can create a new account with the same email in the future, but it will start from scratch, without the old data.
